OK, so I have a question. I have been standing under oath for some years now and have used the process with HMRC to the point where I received a letter telling me that no further notices would be responded to and the matter was closed. This I regarded as their tacit acceptance of the facts. I have now received a demand from HMRC for outstanding NI that it says my employer will pay on my behalf. I own the company that employs me (I'm a one-man-band freelancer) and my accountant has advised me to sign something called a 'standstill agreement' as COE of my company and that's where it gets a bit confusing. If I sign this as CEO am I signing it on behalf of the legal fiction that no longer exists? I can't sign it as living man as I have no contractual relationship with them and…
Who's authorising these deductions? Send them your oath, send the previous process, and say they are all already under notice. This is my business say and you're your own boss that theyve already been served full process and You can't break your oath. The money will be held in escrow until redress for the treason has been had. They are still trying to coerce you. We can't fund our own demise. Whos making the demands and endorsing the liability orders, get their names are they denying Constitutional law? They are already on full notice and continueing to make demands.
